"Today –what we do today – is what will affect the future most, not thinking or worrying about the future" - Diane Sanfilippo, BS, Certified Nutrition Consultant, C.H.E.K. Holistic Lifestyle Coach
I think I've been staring at this quote for the past 5 minutes now.  I've read it and re-read it many, many times.  It has spoken to me and feel that this quote was put in front of my face for a reason.
So here I sit...in deep thought (well, at least for the remainder of my lunch break)....and yes, I do realize that the quote does say "not thinking or worrying about the future," but it does cause me to wonder if what I am doing in my life right now is what I am supposed to be doing and is what I am doing right now what I WANT to be doing with my life.
So I ponder deep in thought a little more.....
And then I plan.......
And I write down what I WANT to do with my life and goal plan.
What are my 3 main goals that I want to accomplish?
1.  Holistic Nutritionist
2.  Stay at home mom
3.  Be back to 100% healthy again
Now it is realistic to say that these may not happen this year - even though I'd love to achieve my #3 goal ASAP, I've come to the realization that it is alot easier to destroy the body with stress and unhealthy foods than it is to heal it.  But I will get there.
I'd love to hear what your 3 goals are that you want to accomplish.
Just remember this:
Until next time.....

  2. I know someone who is almost done with her cert as a holistic nutritionist. You should go for it! I think 100% healthy sounds like a pretty tough goal. There are outside factors that can affect our health that we don't even have control over sometimes. But, it is a SUPER goal!! I look at my Top 10 goals several times a day....my top 3 are kinda selfish right now: paying off certain debts and getting a 2nd car. Right now, my husband and I share one and it is SO stressful working out schedules. I KNOW my life will feel more peaceful if I have a mode of transportation. Love this post!!!

  3. One of my goals is to study nutrition as well. Great idea. I also want to be a lot more healthy than I am and to stopworrying so much about finances :)
